When did you start working at HV?
I was originally on the board for a number of years and stepped aside when I had my two little boys, however I always loved being involved with Huntington’s Victoria and the community. Now that they are a little bit older I was delighted to have the opportunity to come and work directly with the team in early 2022.

What do you love most about working with the HD community?
One of the things that I love with working with the community is seeing how the small things can improve someone’s day. While it may be small to one person it can mean a lot to another and that helping each other out and working collabulary to make someone else’s day just that little bit brighter.

What is one fun fact about yourself?
I am a North Melbourne supporter so while my club is at the bottom of the ladder at the moment, my family is trying very hard to convince me that I need to move to their team!

What do you love most about working with the HD community?

Being able to make a difference to this wonderful community

What is one fun fact about yourself?

I am loving learning to play golf  (no handy cap yet – maybe one day!)

The HD community face so many challenges, assisting them (even in a small way), is very worthwhile.
