We understand the challenges you may face in attending in-person support groups, from logistical hurdles to the emotional strain of sharing your journey in person. Your concerns matter deeply to us, and we are committed to making a positive difference in your lives.

That is why we are excited to share the Huntington’s Community Connect (HCC) – a dynamic online peer forum designed with your specific needs in mind. Thanks to the generous support of the National Disability Insurance Scheme Individual Capacity Building grant, we are embarking together on an innovative journey to transform support for HD families in Australia.

The HCC forum is a space where the Huntington’s community can come together, finding strength and solidarity in shared experiences. Led by compassionate peer leaders and supported by the dedicated staff from Huntington’s Victoria, our mission is to break down barriers by providing information and access to resources.

We understand the importance of community support and believe that together, we can create a nurturing and empowering environment for everyone impacted by Huntington’s disease.
