What year did you become a board member at HV?
I joined the board in 2023.
What experience and skill set do you bring to HV?
I have worked in the welfare sector for Anglicare Victoria for over 30 years and Im currently a Youth Crisis Worker in a young women’s refuge.
My best friend had Huntington’s disease and I supported her from the time she got tested until she gained her HD warrior wings, by being an advocate and a voice after she no longer was able to use hers.
What do you enjoy most about being a board member of HV?
My belief in what the organisation is wanting to achieve and supporting them to make a difference in the lives of all that are affected by Huntington’s disease.
