This year, we will be playing our In Memory Honour Roll video at the Community Day Conference. Conference attendees will be invited to share a moment of silence to remember loved ones you have lost from Huntington’s disease.
If you are unable to attend the Community Day Conference, you are still welcome and encouraged to include the names of your loved ones in the Honour Roll video.
Honour Roll
Our Honour Roll video is a way for you to remember and acknowledge your loved one. You can submit their first, last name and age they passed, in our form below and their name will appear in the honour roll video.
This video will be shared on our social media and website. For 2023, the Honour Roll video will be played at the Community Day Conference.
Please note: when you submit your loved ones’ information, you are agreeing their name will appear in all subsequent honour roll videos unless you inform HV otherwise.
